Abstract: With the development of the electrical industry, the requirements for the safety and reliability of equipment are getting higher and higher. Under this condition, a wireless temperature measurement system for high-voltage equipment came into being. It is to install temperature sensors with batteries or CT powered at each temperature measurement point. The sensor sends the temperature measurement data to the receiving unit, and the receiver can be connected to the system to realize the electrical temperature monitoring. This article introduces the application of Acrel wireless temperature measurement products in Beijing Daxing International Airport.

1.Project Overview項(xiàng)目概述

　　北京大興國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)在北京市大興區(qū)與河北省廊坊市廣陽(yáng)區(qū)之間，是超大型國(guó)際航空綜合交通樞紐。該機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓高壓變電站分為三個(gè)部分：開(kāi)閉站，指廊和核心區(qū)，其中，開(kāi)閉站包括116面高壓柜，指廊包括40面高壓柜，核心區(qū)包括80面高壓柜，以及其他配電部分包括430面高壓柜。安科瑞為其提供了無(wú)線測(cè)溫解決方案，每面高壓柜斷路器上下觸頭、電纜接頭9點(diǎn)測(cè)溫，共668面高壓柜，無(wú)線測(cè)溫傳感器共計(jì)6015點(diǎn)。每面高壓柜安裝一臺(tái)ASD320智能操控裝置。

　　As a large international transportation hub, Beijing Daxing International Airport is located between Beijing Daxing District and Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province. The airport terminal high-voltage substation includes 668 high-voltage cabinets. Acrel provided it with a wireless temperature measurement solution. The upper and lower contacts and cable joints of each high-voltage cabinet were tested at 9 points. There were a total of 6015 wireless temperature sensors. At the same time, it should be installed an ASD320 intelligent control device on each high-voltage cabinet.
